1. Service Overview

Eat The Chalk DFS ("ETC," "the Service") is a DFS simulation and analytics platform. We provide Monte Carlo tournament simulations, projected player data, ownership estimates, and lineup construction tools for DraftKings and FanDuel contests.

2. Simulator & Projections

All simulation outputs, projections, and "ETC Data" are probabilistic estimates derived from statistical modeling. They represent one possible distribution of outcomes, not certainties.

3. No Guarantee of Winnings

ETC does not guarantee any contest result, profit, or return on investment. DFS tournaments are inherently uncertain. Past simulation accuracy does not predict future results.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your DFS contest entries, financial decisions, and compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ETC is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not host contests.

5. Third-Party Data

ETC may incorporate third-party data sources for projections, ownership, and statistical baselines. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

6. Subscription & Access

Access to ETC features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All simulation algorithms, UI designs, branding, and "ETC Data" are proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially resell ETC outputs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ETC and its operators are not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our tools on third-party DFS platforms. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
